Awesome
Given the chance to take this professor, I highly recommend it. There are tons of group work so choose your members wisely. Overall, the class was easy if you make effort. A huge percentage of the grade comes from the essays that are relatively easy, as well as the midterm and final which he allows the students to bring notes.
Awesome
Prof. Comar is an awesome professor. Quizzes, workshops, and assignments are done in groups. There were also lots of notes and he’s quite fast paced with teaching (i suggest taking photos of slides). Essays weren’t too hard. You just have to read or skim through the sources. There were extra credit offered in iClicker and essays are sometimes about the movies shown in class.
Average
Prof. Comar’s lectures are very fast-paced. He also doesn’t post the information on the board during presentations. He gives tons of in-class assignments like weekly quizzes and workshops. Essays are very challenging (you have to read a 140 page book for the 2 essays). If you didn’t do well, do not sweat it because he gives extra credit.
Good
I took Prof. Scott's class online which is comprised of weekly responses to a reading, one big essay, reflective essay, minor quizzes, and four exams. Book is necessary, but you can buy whatever edition is cheapest. He's an amazing teacher and he's very responsive to emails! He also gives extra credit opportunities! This class is writing heavy but you can actually do them in an hour. Very manageable even with full course load!

Prof. Scott is very boring.
Good
Prof. Comar's class is one of the easiest I've ever taken. He's a heavy lecturer and he gives weekly group assignments. He gives a lot of extra credit opportunities though. Overall, it was a pretty easy A!
