Awesome
Brilliant professor. Provided you do the homework in the tutorials, you'll get a 4.0. He is very fair.

I totally love Prof. Browning. He is one of the sweetest and nicest profs out there and I really loved going to his lectures. His tests wouldn't be hard if you study well enough and attend his lectures. If only I could, I'd start a browning fan club. You just really have to study well.

The exams of Professor Browning were hard. His slides were not informative. You need to attend the class if you're going to interpret them. However, he's very clear about what is going to be on the test and will test everything pretty evenly. He usually answers questions, but on occasion he will say "I like you to think on that".
Awesome
For Professor Browning's multiple choice, he will take the biggest molecule on a random research paper and you have to answer a bunch of questions about that molecule. His reaction questions are he thinks of a compound, does a reaction on it. Then throws it in a blender, then you find the original compound. He is a great man. 10/10. Excellence unmatched!
Awesome
Prof. Browning is the best prof I've ever had. He doesn't make your life miserable and he doesn't crush your dreams. I would totally recommend taking him. Honestly, if I had the chance, I would take him again. His exams aren't hard at all and are basically just representative of his lectures. May God bless this man.

Prof. Scott's exams are very hard and application-based, but he tends to be consistent with the same format every yr. I suggest you do the multiple choice last when answering exams. Also, prepare for quizzes because you would either get 100% or 0%. He really likes to talk though and he's very willing to meet with you to work through problems. It may not seem like it but he really wants you to pass.
Awful
Your final exam has nothing to do with what was taught in class. The questions were all application-based, so if you don't understand everything in and out you're not going to be able to memorize it through. You must eat, breathe, and drink chem, and if you don't then you won't get a good grade.
