Awful
This professor made me despise reading and writing despite the fact that I am actually an avid reader and writer. Rather than giving useful feedback for your essays, Prof. Stephens focuses on busy work instead. The only feedback she gives is the word count requirement which I find useless. Personally, I think she is a lazy professor. She lacks passion and creativity.

I believe in the power of language and that the written word can change the world, however I also believe that actions resonate louder than the most clearly spoken word as it is not enough to put a voice to goodness, integrity, inspiration, passion, patience, authenticity, etc., instead it is by living these attributes that we become changers and leaders.
Regardless of the position I hold within an organization I believe in living the qualities that make a great leader. As part of a team I believe it is possible to far exceed even our own expectations by being true to our passions and ourselves. It is the belief that by inspiring others I empower them to be authentic, passionate, open-minded, and to share their talents. I believe in becoming a force within the industry by being attentive to the needs of others and honestly looking for solutions that fit their needs and desires.
