I recently switched gears from working as a clinical dietitian to pursuing my dream of being an entrepreneur. I started Namken Nutrition which is a local meal prep and nutrition consulting service in Mt.Zion, IL. My goal is not only to provide my community with healthy, balanced, delicious meals, but to also TEACH people how to meal plan and prep for themselves.
