Good
He gives students fill in the blank notes. I found his class to be extremely difficult because most of my time was spent on more demanding courses. Dedicate enough time to learn the materials.
Awesome
I absolutely loved Dr. Lee for this class. He is very good at explaining concepts and dumbing things down in a methodical manner for easier understanding. He is very clear on what he expects regarding homework, exam material and during lecture. He is also pretty funny too. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
Awesome
After having taken Calculus in high school, the class was very easy, however I noticed he did a very good job of explaining the material. He excels at both keeping students interested in the class as well as making sure that his students are understanding everything. Very funny guy! I'd definitely take another class with Mr. Lee. Just study, it being Calculus and all.
Awesome
Prof. Lee's a mid-difficult math class. There are tons of HW which I find normal for all the math classes. Thankfully, he goes over most of the HW in class.
Good
Professor Lee is a great professor. If you want to do well in his class, take as many practice tests as you can, like at least three, before the common exams. Just show up to class, print out his notes, study a little and you'll make an A. Unfortunately, I got a B because I didn't work hard enough for it.
Good
Prof. Lee is one of the nicest profs at A&M. You can see that he cares a lot about his students success. He's very helpful if you ask as well. I got a B, but it's actually easy to get an A as long as you pay attention in class and go to his office hours. Pls don't do the web assignment in class. It's tempting, but his lectures are very helpful with the tests.
Awful
Prof. Lee is hard to understand. He doesn't make sense for most of the time. I wouldn't recommend taking his class at all.
Good
Most of the lecture hours were spent with explaining theory that won't actually be tested on. However, Prof. Lee really does an amazing job of working and explaining sample problems. Tests are no harder than practice questions and homework. He also gives significant extra credit for correcting mistakes.
Awesome
He's an amazing prof! He gives practice tests that are identical to the real thing, excellent grading, and spends time at the beginning of each class going over previous content to remind you of what was covered. 10/10 would recommend!
Awesome
Sang Rae Lee is amazing! In class, he's very nice and funny! He's such a genius! I would highly recommend him, and I hope to be able to enroll in one of his seminars in the future. You'll have to study though!
Awesome
Professor Lee is amazing. He keeps you awake during lectures with a sense of humor and interesting content. His class quizzes were easy. The homework is exactly the same as what is in the notes. The tests are exactly the same as the practice tests he submits too. Moreover, he's very nice and wants everyone to succeed. I highly recommend his class.
Awesome
Professor Lee made Math 308 a simple one. He gives precise details on how to do exam questions through homework without fancy or overly difficult questions. He offers extra credit as well.
Awesome
I was in this class during the Fall of 2019. He's good at making tough topics easy to understand. He truly loves the beauty of math and often comes up with cool ways to connect math ideas to everyday life. If you go to class and have taken something like Calculus 1 or AB before, you'll definitely score an A easily.
Awesome
He's the best Math teacher that I've ever had. Differential Equations can seem frightening at first, but he always gives clear, simple explanations. Paying careful attention in class, filling out notes, and completing homework will definitely place an A within your reach. His tests are also manageable, since he's really good about letting you know what content to expect. I would certainly suggest him to others.
