He shows up and talks about stuff only mildly related to what you're supposed to be reading. Cobb gets a lot of push back because he is so disorganized. TAs do most of the teaching, so Lecture is a good time to get other work done. He does not having the best structure in his lectures. His tests are pretty easy if you attend the review sessions.
