Awful
A good person. A bad teacher! He does not do lectures, instead he wanted you to learn from the worksheets and videos posted online.
Average
Professor Shea teaches an online style class but still makes you show up. ALL the lectures were online. Honestly, this is not what I want in an in person type class. He gives you a packet at the start of the class and then just wanders the room correcting students. Definitely switching professors for Chemistry 2.
Awesome
Professor Shea teaches a flipped classroom, so you should do great if you do good with that lecture style. You do the assignments in class and he walks around the room to help and he posts videos to watch outside of class. Some people complain that he doesn't help, but I found that he will help if you give it an honest try. He won't just hand out the answers.
