  Analyze paperwork to make sure all oil and vinegars received and used in batches have traceability. Run taste and chemical test on the oils and vinegars to verify their quality as well as make sure that they are within taste and chemical specifications. Determine which tanks oils and vinegars will be placed as well as how they will be used when creating batches. Perform maintenance on instruments including GCs and HPLCs. Develop methods for new test. Train new employees on the different test that are run as well as how to analyze the data. Taste and test pre-shipment samples of oils with others to help determine if the oil is of good quality as well as if it should be purchased by the company. Generate certificate of Analysis for products.
