I have been teaching history and government for four years at Oldfields School in Sparks Glencoe, Maryland where I specialize in Advanced Placement and Honors classes, but have also taught introductory and ELL sections. I am also Co-Director of Diversity, coach Model United Nations and organized curriculum redesigns for both government and history. I will be joining the faculty of the Derryfield School in Manchester, New Hampshire for the 2018-2019 school year.

Before coming to Oldfields, I was PhD ABD at the College of William and Mary where I also earned my Master's Degree in History and taught classes in global and US History. Before that, I graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from American University with degrees in History and Literature.
