Professor A'Jontue is very sweet and helpful with stretching techniques. The class was pretty equally divided by gender wise. You go through a variety of techniques to stretch and finish, all see the improvement. Just show up, take a few quizzes, stretch, and that's all she asks for. I recommend this class to all who ask me about it.I loved her!
