He is an excellent professor who seems to really care for his students. If you stay on top of your work, you'll definitely pass. He selects students at random, so you will really have to review the content. There's no way around it: you'll need the textbook. It is, however, not costly. You must also pass the quizzes and tests, since they're graded heavily!

As what others have said, Professor Brown demands your attention. However, he's truly a great educator. Through the transition to distance learning as a result of COVID-19, he has gone to great lengths. And it is to ensure that his students have the appropriate materials to continue their studies. He also said that, the grade you get is the grade that you earned. That is perfectly true in his class.
