Awful
Rolle is a lazy professional. His tests have confusing and misleading questions. Class lecture notes are more of a handicap than a help. His TA's do all of his grading. The TA's grade at their own discretion w/o explanation unless you question them during their office hours. He will not make appointments outside of his office hours even though he says that he will in his syllabus.
Awesome
Professor Rolle is great outside of class. It may not seems that way during class, but try to go to his office hours sometime. He took away 25 points from me on an exam because of an accident but he said he would give them back to me at the end of the semester. He is tough, but he's fair and knows a lot about his classes.
Awful
I do not recommend taking Professor Rolle's class. The labs are graded very hard. Each lab is worth almost a third of each test. If you do not answer one question on it, he gives you a 0 for it. Also, the tests are very difficult most of the stuff that is on it is is not covered by his lectures. He tells you you do not need to buy the book but he seems to give questions from it.
Awful
Professor Rolle doesn't care about his students. He will expect you to go above and beyond to receive a passing grade.
Awful
When I had his class he was not fair and he did not care what about mistakes. Also he changed his class to be harder than it should be compared to the other biology classes at this school. I Would not recommend unless you are up for a hard and challenging class.
Good
A lot of people say the class is hard, but it's really the material that is hard. There's tons of extra resources that he gives you and there are video questions and typed notes that will help your grade out even if you bombed the exams. Really funny and sarcastic guy, but not too flexible.
Good
Professor Rolle's course is extremely difficult. You will have a greater understanding of the material with Professor Rolle rather than any other professor. Although I highly recommend you avoid this class unless you are truly serious about this course.
Average
Doctor Rolle stands out as a distinct educator. He's undoubtedly challenging, yet with a humor-infused personality. It's a given that earning a good grade in his class requires considerable effort. However, he values and acknowledges hard work. At the start of the semester, my frequent tardiness earned me quite a bit of reprimand from him, but I managed to turn things around and redeem myself by the end.
Awful
His lectures are fine. But making us copy his notes word-for-word is not useful at all. To make matters worse, we even have to type the notes with the exact words, including the grammar and spelling mistakes he made. He doesn't bother to clarify his points and teaches as though everyone is a senior in the biology department. His exams are the toughest I've ever had to take.

Education
B.S. Biology 1997, M.S. Cellular/Molecular Biology 2000, Ph.D. Biological Science 2004
Post doc training in Neuroscience 2005 – 2006. College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical sciences at Florida A & M University
Master degree training in Cellular/Molecular from 1997 – 2000. While training at Florida A & M University for my master's degree, I performed research on the translocation of steroid receptors from the cytosolic receptors to the nuclear receptors. This process was achieved with the utilization of chaperone proteins.
Doctorate degree train in Microbiology from 2000 – 2004. While training at Tennessee State University for my doctorates degree, I performed research on several gram positive bacteria. I did a full genomic and protein profile of many different bacterial strains of the bacteria genera Bacillus thuringiensis in the middle Tennessee area.
