My primary research in paleontology is on the paleoecology of Ordovician gastropods in the Great Basin. I am interested in examining the ecological conditions of gastropod subclades that set the stage for the evolutionary trajectory of gastropods throughout the Phanerozoic.\n\nI am also working on several K-12 STEM education projects focused on global climate change education and improving STEM education opportunities and accessibility for students from under-represented groups.
