Senior Instructional Designer
* Provide technical consultation and pedagogical support to faculty for all delivery modalities
* Create faculty professional development opportunities that focus on online/blended course design, flipped classroom and project-based learning
* Develop the WeTeach Program which supports faculty in developing online and blended courses. The program consists of two courses which includes multi-tiered level learning objectives, assessment, instructional materials, and learner interaction. More than 175 faculty have participated this program

• Wrote and successfully funded nearly $150,000 worth of grant money and in-kind donations for improvements and video & studio equipment
• Develop and plan several class video projects and partnerships, including the annual “WSU Living History Project,” a video documentary of retired faculty and staff and the WSU Foundation promotional video
