Dr. Reich was so fair and level! He would present the material and be accessible without micro managing. If you put the time in, commit, and participate in the class discussions then you will do well. He does use lots of TedTalk and lectures, which can be relevant and interesting. I came away with a lot of practical and new knowledge to help me in my career and degree.
