  TUSHRM VP of Data Analytics & Research

  Responsible for overseeing both TUSHRM Productions and the Data Analytics Committee. Meet with both committee leaders once a week. Promote an active relationship with Industry Professionals to interview for TUSHRM Productions. Reach out to Industry Professionals and brainstorming fun events for members to participate in. Keep a log of TUSHRM Production videos and upload them to the TU SHRM Website. Lead interviews with industry professionals while also encouraging the Productions committee members to participate. Send out an engagement survey at the end of every semester. Review findings with Data Analytics committee and present them to TUSHRM. Assist TU SHRM to keep our social media up to date and appealing to students.

  Accommodated guests with drinks and information on our restaurant and specials. Coordinated with servers and the host to help run food and reset tables in a timely manner. Replenished all silverware, glassware, and plates for kitchen staff and front of the house.

• Morris House Hotel and M Restaurant

  Host

  Greeting guests at the front door or outside garden and present them with out menus and specials of the day. Responsible for reservations the night of and the day after. Communicating with the servers reviewing rush hours and arranging reservation tables before guests arrived. Aided Servers when they are busy by clearing and resetting tables and checking in on guests. Set up corner area of the bar or outside garden if weather permitting, on “Jazz Nights”. Assisted our performers with beverages.

  Supervised two children 8 hours a day over the summer as well as part time during the school year. Coordinated academic adventures for the two boys. Aided high-functioning, special needs sibling in daily activities.
