Good

I really enjoyed taking Dr. Harding's class. I would take him again as a professor! He lectured everyday. You have to listen and take a lot of notes from his lectures because he does NOT post the PowerPoint on BlazeVIEW. There are only three tests and the readings from the textbook is the homework. He also offers extra credit.

Prof. Harding isn't that bad of a teacher. He's actually very nice. Sometimes, he says dumb dad like thinking that he thinks is funny, but is not. Since he doesn't post powerpoint on blaze view, you really have to take good notes. You also have to read the chapter from the textbook for homework.

In my opinion, Doctor Harding is a good professor. Although his lectures are long, he does make them somewhat interesting. My problem is that, he doesn't post notes online and after you run the tests he doesn't return them. In his class, there are only 2 tests, finals and extra credit opportunities. My advice is go to study sessions, if available.

    “International Space Law and Policy”

“Ergue-se Marte! A Evolucão do Programa Espacial Brasileiro em Apoio à Segurança Nacional”

This book analyzes the rationale and history of space programs in countries of the developing world.\n\nSpace was at one time the sole domain of the wealthiest developed countries. However

the last couple of decades of the twentieth century and the first decade of the twenty-first century have witnessed the number of countries with state-supported space programs blossom. Today

no less than twenty-five developing states

including the rapidly emerging economic powers of Brazil (seventh-largest)

    China (second-largest)

    and India (fourth-largest)

possess active national space programs with already proven independent launch capability or concrete plans to achieve it soon.\n\nThis work places these programs within the context of international relations theory and foreign policy analysis. The author categorizes each space program into tiers of development based not only on the level of technology utilised

but on how each fits within the country’s overall national security and/or development policies. The text also places these programs into an historical context

which enables the author to demonstrate the logical thread of continuity in the political rationale for space capabilities generally.
