I attend weekly meetings, code data for collective leadership and planning processes, and put together presentations, posters, and papers. While on this project, I conducted a literature review on background data measures and practiced writing background data items - which led to generating item markers for analysis of audio data.

  Currently working on a project funded by the U.S. Army Research Institute examining collective leadership and planning. I attend weekly meetings, code data for collective leadership and planning processes, and put together presentations, posters, and papers. As lead, I collaborate with Business, Management, and Engineering students and faculty at Binghamton university in data management, collection, and manuscript writing. I help lead and manage team related activities like paper writing and data collection, management, coding, and analysis. I also help put together professional presentations.

  Served as a lab instructor mentoring and developing undergraduate students in preparation for graduate education and professional employment. Additionally I helped guide undergraduate students through the generation and development of a research poster, which was presented at the University of Oklahoma's psychology poster fair. Served as an expert for data analysis and interpretation in an undergraduate honor's thesis project for one semester.

  Professional Ethics Trainer

  
  Working as a professional ethics trainer for the Responsible Conduct of Research program at OU. Two trainers conduct 2-day ethics seminars for graduate students involved in research. Graduate students are taught strategies for improving ethical decision-making in professional contexts.

  Worked with Dr. Brian J. Hoffman in the Leadership Performance Dynamics (LPD) lab. I attended weekly lab meetings, coded data for a project about companies and services they provide, collected and coded amicus briefs filed for Supreme Court cases, specifically those involving workplace issues.

  Worked with Dr. Michelle vanDellen in the Motivation and Behavior Lab and attended weekly meetings. I consented and ran participants through multiple experimental studies where participants worked on surveys and other tasks, including for a project identifying factors that influence other's perception of self-control. I transcribed audio recording and coded data for a project and poster presentation. Coded for a project examining items participants selected on a virtual shopping task.
