Dr. Moyes is a very nice person. Lecture exams were tough because one word in the answer choice would make the answer incorrect. Her lectures were well organized and helpful and lab really helped your grade. You can tell she is enthusiastic about teaching-something a lot of research professors lack.

Kind lady and labs are pretty easy but exams are very difficult. It involves more memorization than knowledge- if you don't read carefully, your chances of getting the point is low. There are tons of kahoots and online homework.
Good
Prof. Moyes really knows her stuff. She always comes prepared and organized for class. I loved going to class because she made it interesting. What I didn't like only was her extremely difficult and detailed exams. However, there is online homework that helps cushion the grade overall.
Awful
Prof. Moyes' tests are unreasonably tricky. You really have to thoroughly understand the material and memorize everything word for word to get a good grade.

Professor Moyes is good at lectures and explaining the material. However, her tests are difficult and test your ability to "out-test" her rather than your knowledge. You have to know every detail of the information to test well and get an A. Lab is easy though. She would be a very good professor if her tests had been different.
Awful
I do not recommend taking Professor Moyes's class. Her tests are extremely specific.
Awful
It doesn't matter how well-versed you are on the subject, she makes minuscule changes meant to throw you off completely on exams. You are well poised to do worse than you should in this class, no matter how well you understand it. I've learned more about what it means to be tricked in this class than the actual subject printed.
Awesome
I've seen a lot of negative feedback, but I actually had a great time in her class and easily got an A. Yes, her response choices are confusing, but they help you comprehend the details. Exam 1 had a 10-point curve, and exam 2 had an 8-point curve, so she really tries to help the class. Take notes, read the textbook thoroughly, and study hard! Class is pretty doable.
Awful
This is by far the worst class I've ever had. Dr. Moyes' exams are totally ludicrous, and they don't even come close to measuring your comprehension of the topic. Her lectures aren't poor or difficult to grasp, but she will ask questions about unimportant things from them. Just go and save yourself the headache!
Poor
Doctor Moyes designs her tests to deliberately mislead students and does so in an A, B, C, A, and B or A, B & C format. The tests are doable, but the slides have to be basically memorized. Unfortunately, she only curves the first two exams. On the fourth exam, everyone got it wrong and she didn't curve because the people in the class ended up with As and Bs.
Awesome
Honestly, Professor Moyes is a great professor if you're interested in the health field. Her PowerPoints are always informational and interesting. She gives kahoots for attendance points too. The exams are difficult though. However, if you read the slides from the lecture and listen in class you should be just fine. I would definitely suggest going to every lecture.
Awful
Professor Moyes' class is the worst that I've ever taken. I studied more in this class than in organic chemistry, but I still did terribly on every exam. You can have a strong understanding of the concept and still perform badly. If you're ready to be constantly stressed and frustrated, then this class is for you. I suggest you take this class with another professor.
Awful
Professor Moyes does Kahoot questions at the end of class to take attendance. Her exams are meant to stumble you up. She changed one or two words to answer a question that made you think you were right, but you're not.. Also, she writes on her lecture slides and they can be difficult to read. Trust me, don't take this class along with another challenging course so you can study a lot.
Awful
Professor Moyes is honestly the worst science professor I've ever experienced at Texas A&M University. Her lectures were boring and superficial. Also, her exams are very hard. She loves the fact that her students struggle and works hard to make that a reality. Moreover, her grading is also very awful. And PowerPoints really don't teach what the exam looks like, if that makes sense.
Awful
This professor likes to make her class tough. The Immunology subject is hard on its own. On tests, she tweaks answers from your notes and presents them in a multiple choice or A+C, A+B+C style. You need to know not only the right answer but what makes the wrong answers wrong. The tests, which rely a lot on remembering stuff, are completely unfair.
Poor
Unless you love to read a lot, you might not want to take this class. The toughest part is that her tests are very detailed based on her talks in class. Although she uploads her PowerPoint presentations online, she adds many more details during the actual lecture. So, if you skip a class, you'll miss a good chunk of vital info. Personally, her lectures weren't for me because she talked too slowly and I had a hard time staying focused.
