Prof. Choi is the gang expert in Kern County. You're dumb if you take this course with any other prof. I'd recommend him to anyone wanting a future career in law enforcement. Quizzes are more like exams and I would suggest for you to study the ppt. Also, submit rough drafts when submitting a paper. I suggest you take advantage of the extra credit as well.
