This is an engineering professor who needs to get his feet on the ground.
Awful
Honestly, your GPA hangs in the balance with this class. I know they recommend you take reviews with a grain of salt, but please note: he is completely different than any other ENGR 102 professor! He won't do any of the grading, but they do have to grade by his rubric, which is only done in his class. You will do more work than in any other class.
Awful
Prof. Richard is terrible. He grades hard while teaching nothing at all. He also gives little to no feedback on any grades. Even students who had prior coding experience actually get bad grades. His instruction are unclear as well and if you ask him a question, you’ll be called lazy and dumb.
Awful
Prof. Kurwitz is one of the worst teachers I have ever had, and I went to community college for two years. He will give you an online textbook and boat loads of quizzes and labs and expects you to completely understand coding by just reading the powerpoints and doing Zybook. He won't explain stuff in class either, so that's always fun.
Awful
Prof. Richard is the worst prof! Terrible experience.
Awful
Professor Kurwitz gives extra homework and laboratory results for no reason. While I was working on Sunday nights trying to carry the homework of an entire team, my friends were partying and having a good time. If you hate group projects and extra homework, don't take his class. However, if you like to waste your time and learn absolutely nothing, then take him.
