I’ve been a award-winning film maker and instructor of high school and college students in the art, methods, and technical aspects of film and television production. I have created the courses and supervised and evaluated the activities. I include camera operation, logistics and staging, incorporating multimedia, screenwriting, editing, effects. I’ve brought real-life experiences to my work and conveyed my passion in my own efforts and in the commitment to sharing with others.

An award-winning producer and production manager in film and television. Having recently completed two feature film productions, as well as a major campaign for a leading manufacturer of scientific hardware, Richard is currently overseeing the launch of two overseas film productions, and developing a new concept short film for Spring. Richard has extensive experience planning and organizing production schedules, estimating and implementing budgets, assessing project and resource requirements, and developing timelines with clients and executives.

As an educator Richard successfully upgraded, modernized, and administered two multi-million dollar college facilities. Expertise in integrating and adapting new programs and teaching curriculum. Collaborated with administration and other divisions to develop interactive and practical learning tools across a large educational base.

Significant experience in training staff and creating courses using learning-centered pedagogy. An ardent creative arts educator who has educated students at a variety of institutions with diverse,
multi-national student bodies.
