Content development, lead facilitator Conversational Intelligence Coaching Certification
Senior lead curriculum development and experiential facilitator for hybrid virtual/in person global Coaching Certification Program. Collaborating directly with the founder and SMEs to build frameworks, tools, workbooks, curriculum and experience driven workshops. As lead curriculum and facilitation designer my task was to take a lifetime of work and boil it down to a comprehensive yet fully accessible and dynamic virtual/ in person immersion program. Architected and scaffolded continuous learning that folded experiential online curriculum with highly interactive in person retreats. This year long program included online and in person learning, formative and summative assessments as well as a stringent set of guidelines for certification award. I worked closely with the ICF to assure that all Coaching Federation Standards were met in our curriculum in order for Coaches to receive CEU certification from this overseeing body. Additionally, coached and supervised thousands of high-level coaches one-one, small group. The program combines over 50 years of research in neuroscience and 35 years of Judith E. Glasers work with Fortune 500 companies and her NYT bestselling books. Conversational Intelligence for Coaches has revolutionized the coaching industry, reaching over 3k coaches in the past 3 years.

Conversational Intelligence for Coaches Certification was launched and delivered by WBECS. As partner in development I was in charge of creating curriculum modules that were high level learning and aligned with ICF standards. Working closely with WBECS marketing team to create marketing and messaging that exemplified the program learning journey. Created both internal and external lead generation. As Senior Coach, built close relationships with thousands of coaches in order to supervise their progress and enroll them in next level learning. Architected a 3-year content and delivery map for Continuing Education Mastery for Coaches. This included diverse learning platforms, scaffolding learning opportunities both vertically and horizontally, unified content frameworks, marketing strategies, levels of membership and global community building frameworks and assessments for qualifying learning experiences.
