Even though I was not really interested in Soc of Gender at the start of the course, Professor Barrett-Fox incorporated lots of fun sources that made the class interesting, like historic speeches. There are weekly discussion board posts that are contributed to the final project, so you are working on it the whole time. Plus the workload is reasonable.
