Supervise rulemaking and regulation adoption for the Field Operations Division; Prosecute administrative orders to ensure environmental compliance; Assist in permit appeals. Provide legal advice and counsel to the Field Operations, Water, and Coastal Divisions of the Department (MNPS, CWA, CERCLA). Perform as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the Department during public notice hearings on regulation changes. Conduct defensive litigation on behalf of ADEM during the appeals of terminated employees and EEOC claims.
