Consultant and Coach
You want to get clear about what you want to do and how you want to live, personally and professionally, while staying connected to what truly matters to you.
I consult and coach with people who are ready to move forward with personal and professional changes.
We can work together in two ways:
+ One-to-one. I'll support you to define and take action toward a professional change (career, retirement, solo launch, polish your communications) or personal goal (get a certification or degree, relocation, fulfilling relationships). As needed, I'll help you edit your communications including resumes, cover letters and small business websites.
+ In workshops. Through personal and professional development workshops, I partner with organizations and private groups to design interactive experiences for learning and exploration.
Here's how others have benefitted from our work together:
identify what's next : : enter, shift or change your career : : plan for retirement : : take a stand for who you want to be : : define and live your values and purpose : : strengthen your emotional intelligence and resilience : : find the connection with your courage to step into what awaits : : live with intention in your daily life : : nurture your personal well-being : : complete a degree or professional certification : : cultivate mindfulness : : improve communications
