Awful
The lectures are dull, this isn't even a place to learn philosophy, go somewhere else. Just attend class, look over the textbook before tests, you'll do just fine. His tests can be difficult, but the answers are from the textbook so don't worry too much.
Awful
Prof. Acampora speaks in a really monotone voice and doesn't give the class any directions, except having students discuss among groups. Then he just nods and agrees. He will also show videos that he appears to be seeing for the very first time. Overall, this class was a waste of time.
Awesome
Prof. Ralph was very kind and caring. He even explained concepts that I didn't understand well. However, I feel that his exams were tough, but is definitely doable with proper studying. Also, I would have liked it better with more discussions, but his syllabus was pretty structured and we didn't have enough time for more.
Awful
Prof. Ralph is the worst prof I've ever had! He's a tough grader with ambiguous grading criteria. Exams are super challenging as well. He simply reads from the book and plays youtube videos. Wouldn't recommend taking him.
Awful
Professor Acampora is the most unfocused instructor that I've ever taken. You'd really better read three textbooks than listen to him because he acts as if he doesn't understand what's going on better than we do. Also, the test doesn't reflect what he says in class, and it's a waste of time to show up, but it's mandatory though. Overall, this class is kind of a joke.
