I had a terrible experience with Prof. Gross. She's a very tough grader. She's so full of herself and she's mentally draining. She'll answer you with something snarky if you ask questions. My friends who took the same class with a different prof got an A, while I got a C.

Professor Gross' class has lots of writing. There's a graded, written journal due every week. She's very picky about what you write and there's such a thing as writing too much apparently. Get ready to learn alone from the textbook and PowerPoints. Unfortunately, she loves to watch you struggle for an answer, rather than help you through the question.

My experience in Professor Gross' class is not good, compared with my other classes. She has a very bad attitude and is very reluctant to actively answer questions. The school atmosphere of the whole class is very negative too. She doesn't understand when people have trouble grasping concepts. Also, she tends to humiliate students in class.
