role-playing activities and workbooks.\n\n\tMatriculated over 1000 Warriors in Transition [Wounded Warriors] through a 16-hour Performance Enhancement and Resilience Training Program.\n\tGuided 6000 pre-deployed and post-deployed soldiers through a 4-hour Goal Setting program with a success rate of 98% on creating fully visualized goals written.\n\tAchieved a 96% favorable rate on presenting the topic of Resilience to 6000+ pre-deployed and post-deployed soldiers through an 8-hour course.\n\tAchieved the certification ranking of Master Resilience Trainer after completing 280 hours of training.

The program is a public-private partnership which gives businesses a risk-free opportunity to evaluate and consider hiring participants during an eight-week work experience program.\n\nWe offer individuals a five-week preparatory program
including skills assessment
career readiness workshops
employee assistance programs
coaching and more. Upon program completion
we assist participants find open positions at local companies. Placements are made on a trial basis
paid for by The WorkPlace. The expectation is that if the company is satisfied with the performance of the candidate
a full-time job will ensue.

Apache Motor Skills Assessment Test
AMSAT is a norm-referenced and criterion-referenced assessment test for students ages 10-19 years. It is used as a standardized test to evaluate progress in motor skill development in children with and without disabilities. This test was created by videotaping 6000+ children performing many different advanced motor skills and then evaluating each video segment and performing an extensive date analysis to formulate working tables by age and gender. AMSAT is used by Adapted Physical Education Teachers across the country as part of school regulations via Federal Law IDEA.
