Professor Phillips encourage student to ask questions to bring the work up to him for feedback and he really wants to understand the students what they done. He even talks badly about millennial's. He will confiscate when he sees a phone in the pocket of the student. When asking question, student's need to ask couple times because he will give answers to a different question.
