  I completed a 5 year term as Department Head. It has been a busy but rewarding time connecting with our students

  industry stakeholders and other units on campus and beyond. \nThe Department of Food and Bioproduct Sciences (FABS) at the University of Saskatchewan is host to two undergraduate programs

  a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in Food and Bioproduct Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science. We also have P.G.D.

  M.Sc. and Ph.D. graduate programs in Applied Microbiology and in Food Science. \nFormer graduates and colleagues
