Good
Dr. Hamilton is a wonderful person, and cares about his students, however sometimes his jokes are forced too hard making it uncomfortable. He is really accessible, and useful outside the classroom, he is always willing to teach, and help. Unfortunately the class is badly configured, and sometimes the labs can be puzzling, and not straightforward. On the labs a heavy amount of the grades will come from the TA.
Average
Professor Hamilton is weird. Some of the things that come out of his mouth are just weird and a bit awkward. He drove through class content at lightning speed. Also, he always gave weekly page-long homework when many other 217 classes don't have. On the other hand, he cares about his students and discussed factual Covid-19 information with us in class.
