  RC3 was established in June 2012 to explore the role of randomness in computation

  cryptography

  computational intractability

  and related areas . Since then we have become one of the strongest research groups in cryptography and the foundations of computer science in Asia . We are part of the Institute for Interdisciplinary Information Sciences (IIIS) at Tsinghua University.
