Don't take him. If you do, be prepared to self-study. Quizzes are like 0.03 points to your grade, so reviews are quite pointless. However, if you miss one quiz, your grades will plummet. He only listed one day on the syllabus for office hours and he's super rude.

Attendance isn't necessarily mandatory, but he will notice when certain people aren't there. I didn't realize it till the middle of the semester, but all the tests are on quizlet. Some questions on the review were in the test so just be sure to pay attention to that.
