Recruited initially to stabilize the Company’s Florida Operations/Facilities. Developed and administered an operating and capital budget in excess of $100 million dollars and responsible for over 34 facilities and programs at various sites throughout the United States.\nImplemented a number of efficiencies and operational/management improvements resulting in significant savings as well as earning industry’s top accreditation at a number of program sites.\nOngoing Leadership Development with Program Administrators through weekly conference calls
