Annex Construction 2008-2009. Developed a comprehensive plan and approach to both expand Kripalu's guest housing capacity and build an infrastructure to support future growth while strengthening the bottom line financial viability of the organization. Project incorporated Kripalu's values with regards to the environment
the experience and simplicity. The beauty of the Berkshires was brought in to the space
the foot print was compact and radically energy efficient (45% of new construction). Projects were completed on time and under budget. Financial viability of Kripalu enhanced as the expansion fully pays for itself and contributes an incremental $1-2 million annually to the bottom line performance.
