Whether in the classroom or the workplace, learning and development are essential to both individual and organizational success. Integration of technology into instructional delivery fosters mastery of content through adaptive, interactive, engaging, and personalized learning experiences.
Integration of team and problem-based assessments develops skills needed for success in the workplace. Teamwork, problem-solving, communications, and problem-solving skills can be developed via use of real-world case studies, vignettes of actual workplace communications as the basis for role-play activities, and deliverables similar to what would be produced on a job.
