Good
His class is quite heavy with work, but he'll tell you that even before the semester begins. If you can't keep up with his course requirements, which include cooking, book reviews, and newspaper reviews, he will let you drop. All of this helps your grade in the end, but it's just really frustrating. He's very detail-oriented with no quizzes and an open-book final. Overall, he's actually good!
Awful
Prof. Paolo was very disorganized and he seems to really be confused as a prof! The fact that he takes months to grade a work demonstrates that he is a slacker. Wouldn't recommend at all. Don't waste your money!
Average
He's a fine prof. His lectures, on the other hand, aren't as interesting. To understand what he's talking about, you'll need to study the textbook on your own. Overall, there isn't much work and additional credit is available. He can be finicky, so follow his instructions to the letter for extra credit. With that stated, he accepts late tasks as well.
