Awful

By far one of the worst professors I've ever had. And trust me, I've taken many classes. She likes to yell and argue with us (on the first day!) about the prerequisites for class. Kept us late a lot and it was a three hour long class. Was not at all helpful and assumed what your questions are and then did not even answer them correctly. Just a horrible horrible class.

Average

Microbiology was super hard with Professor Duggal. Tons of students were upset at the disorganized manner of teaching and how unfair the class was. The tests were very difficult, and so many of her questions were unclear. Very challenging class.

Awesome

Professor Duggal is amazing. She really knows her job and is always open to questions and clarifications. She established good communication during Covid-19. Some say she's unapproachable, and honestly, I don't know where they got it. She cares about your success as well. Her exams can be difficult, especially the four and six. However, she'll provide a review. I suggest you take her class.
