Awful

The class of Professor Williams doesn't have structure whatsoever. I emailed him and he did not respond at all. He will just talk and often times gets off the topic, then will write two words on the board the whole class. Aside from that, he will give a huge amount of handouts. I did not learn anything in this class since he doesn't know how to actually teach. He's by far the worst professor I've ever had.
