I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering and Applied Mechanics at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. I earned my Ph.D. (major: Transportation Engineering; minor: Economics in 2012) and M.S. (Resource Economics in 2011) degrees from the University of California at Davis, and M.S. (Transportation Planning in 2004) and B.S. (Civil Engineering in 2000) from Sharif University of Technology, Iran.
My research program focuses on: Transportation systems analysis; Transportation economics; and Energy policy.
