Raola does NOT tell you what to do. What the homework is and what will be on the test. You must read and attend lectures/labs! He is more than willing to help. Do not be intimidated. READ the assigned chapter BEFORE lecture, go home and work on the online homework, study and repeat.

Prof. Raola is amazing and she's actually everything I want for a chem prof. Before taking her class, I only had little experience with chem and that was like 10 yrs ago. She was able to transition well to online class and I also feel like I learned a lot in class and will be set for Chem 1B.

Prof. Raola was amazing! He clearly knows his stuff. He has a fast pacing and we really covered a lot of ground in class. Exams were math heavy and weren't bad at all. Labs were fun and easy! Lab period was actually three hours but we were always out early.

Prof. Raola's CHEM 1A was tough but I loved his class. He has an engaging lecturing style and I really appreciate it! Exams were tough and he's also a tough grader. We had to do lots of studying and practice problems.

Prof. Raola cares a lot about his students. Class was very fast-paced and I maximized his office hours to clear up anything that I was struggling about. His tests are pretty straightforward and required a lot of math skills. Super loved this class!

Professor Raola is the best. He's a fun guy and his classes are fun to attend too. His exams were very easy and what I did to study for them was to do my homework.
