Dr. Tani will not tell us our grades. The class is difficult and he is a good teacher. We referenced the textbook for every assignment and we took notes on all of the articles. There were two papers at the end of the semester. He did not give any extra credit this time around. But there was a lot of good in-class discussion.

Everything that we discussed was all outlined in the syllabus. His lectures are based off the students so the textbook is needed. And if you don't know, ask questions. If you have no questions then expect a quiz because he'll assume you know it. Even though the office hours are early, he will be there. Also, do the online homework and all of the extra credit opportunities. Overall, he is a pretty cool professor.

Prof. Tani is an awesome professor! I learned the most from him out of all the classes I've taken. He makes you think outside of the box and will make you work for your grade. I would want to take this course again.

Good
Professor Tani's class is very challenging because he is very standoffish and difficult. You will do fine if you do the homework and read ahead. He also gives opportunities for you to receive all of your grade points despite missing assignments.
