Since joining Lakeshore Technical College in 2004, I have collaborated with institutional and community based teams to build and expand Diversity & Multicultural Services programming to support steadily improving minority participation outcomes.
I employ a holistic approach that fosters an appreciative awareness of human diversity, equal educational opportunity, and superior student services to promote student success.
My focus on evidence based practices and performance based outcomes provides a strong foundation to measure the impact of initiatives and inform strategic directions with regards to diversity and inclusivity.
+ Consistent increases in minority enrollment at the College in spite of lagging enrollments in other cohorts annually from 2005-present.
+ Average minority student transition from adult basic education to undergraduate coursework at rates double that of non-project students.
+ Minority retention rates well above that of non-project students annually.
+ 100% of formal EEO complaints and informal student concerns proactively resolved to the satisfaction of students and the institution.

Develop curriculum and deliver instruction to train culturally competent interpreters and translators to improve Hmong and Laotian interpretation and translation services in the Greater Green Bay Area. Assess short and long term success of program and report outcomes to funding agency.
