Professor Arduini-Vanhoose, was absolutely the worst professor I've ever had. She's a tough grader and doesn't explain the material at all. Also, she's not good in giving details when emailed. I would never take another one of her classes and would not recommend her to any students.

Programs and Research
This course teaches students the art of writing proposals for grants
programs and research. Topics include developing need and impact statements
searching for fundraising/support
collaboration and partnerships
reviewing RFPs
types and parts of the proposal
addressing goals and objectives for evidence-based outcomes
creating budgets
writing techniques
and tips for submitting a successful proposal. Other topics are addressed based on need and interest. Instructors use guided practice to assist students in constructing a proposal by the completion of the course.
