Awful

I feel like Prof. Stessman is a nice person, but not as a prof. Homework and lectures are nothing like the exams. The only thing I like about the class is the fact that exams aren't weighed heavily like in other classes. She's a fast lecturer, writer, and talker. If you struggle with science, it will be really hard! She actually ranks in my top two lowest out of all the profs I've had. But she's really nice!

Do not enroll in her class if you struggle with science. She's a great person, but her teaching style isn't for everyone, so I ended up teaching myself. If you're in class, she'll try to keep you late so you can finish worksheets with your classmates. Remote teaching didn't actually make a difference bc I pretty much taught myself!

Super like Prof. Nhu! She is very accessible outside of class. While she is difficult to understand, it is not impossible to figure out what she is saying. Since she isn't easily annoyed, you can always ask her to explain. She is straightforward and sarcastically witty. She makes a lot of errors, so read the chapter before class!! Also, do all the practice problems!
