Prof. Ned gives a good amount of papers. Essays are pass or fail and if you "fail" it, he will let you fix it up and submit again. You should be fine as long as you do your work.

Professor Weidner assigns a group essay, and there's a lot of reading and reading logs, but it's not too bad. The essays are worth a lot. In order to receive an A in the class, you have to do extra credit through presentation or posting your essays out into the real world. Also, you have to create blog in which he'll teach you how to do it.

I took Professor Weidner for English 1A and 1C. He really cares about his student's mental health. And as long as you do what he asks, communicate with him during office hours and show effort in your work, then you'll be fine. He's quite lenient as well.

I've never liked English in my whole life. However, professor Weidner actually made me like writing so much. He's a very caring and humorous professor. Everything he lectures is very interesting. It helps me to become better even outside the classroom. Readings can be a little hard at times, but it's college, so it's understandable. Take his class and you won't regret it.
