Graduate Teaching Assistant
I ran the admission shop for the Bard Conservatory
and liaised with my colleagues in the College's Office of Admission to recruit the most gifted musician-scholars in the country to join us in this new program. \n\nThe Bard Conservatory is the only music school in the United States that requires all of its students to simultaneously earn a B.Music degree in performance or composition and a B.Arts degree in a liberal arts/science discipline. It is a small
highly selective
ambitious program
and in my role as the admissions person I helped shape the character of the institution.

from Boccherini and Beethoven to Ruth Crawford Seeger and Joan Tower. In addition
I was an administrator in the Bard College Conservatory of Music
