As Principal of Franklin Solutions, I consult with leaders of higher education, government, and community on strategic initiatives, innovation, and change agendas.
I have been particularly engaged with higher education-community partnerships associated with regional development and sustainability, disruptive innovations in academic affairs associated with technology and faculty development, collaboration and agile strategy processes, multi-institution partnerships, and community development associated with STEM capacity-building.
My experience spans planning, budgeting, communications, program development, services delivery, assessment, policy formulation, and partnership creation.
I am certified in Strategic Doing and have experience with this agile strategy collaboration methodology in numerous settings, including regional development, higher education-community partnerships, and corporate supply chain innovation. I am also certified in organizational culture and leadership impact through Human Synergistics, and strategic team diversity through Human Insight.
