disorganized and confusing. Projects were badly worded.Assigned an unclear final project worth 18% of grade. Half the class got an F on the midterm. Nice guy, bad grading scheme.

Poor

This class with Nguyen was a lesson in how not to teach. He could not organize his thoughts. Most of the time we could not make sense of assignments. Our final class assignment was to run ML algorithms on two data-sets that did not have regression attributes. Class generally consisted of Nguyen trying to going through code that he did not understand. I was disappointed with the outcome of this course.

Poor

Professor Nguyen is somewhat unorganized with his assignments. Many assignments were supposed to have never happened. 20% of our grade was based on a final project which wasn't explained clearly. Aside from that it has nothing to do with the class at which even the teacher assistant was confused on. He gives a lot of extra credit throughout the semester so take them.
